Under Canada's Clean Fuel Regulations, companies earn carbon credits when you charge at home through a charger on their network, and these programs pass part of that money back to you. The big number is what a full year earns at your monthly kWh once past any starting tier; year 1 is shown underneath where it differs. Deposits are refundable and charger purchases are not subtracted.

How to read this
- Rate is what the program's site advertises today, in cents per kWh charged at home. Tiered programs show starting → maximum. With a province chosen, the net line is that rate against your utility's cheapest overnight plan: what you effectively pay (or earn) per kWh.
- Established programs have members on RedFlagDeals reporting actual payouts. Newer ones have not paid out yet. Unverified ones were listed in the community thread without any first-hand reports.
- A page changed badge means the program's website changed after we last reviewed its details by hand – the extracted rate is current, but other fields may lag.
- Every card's How it works includes Where this comes from: each figure is marked as read from the program's page by the daily check, confirmed in its terms or FAQ, stated only on its page, or merely reported by members or press.
- Best for tags compare the programs currently shown, so they change with your filters.
- Every rate is funded by the carbon-credit market, not the government, and every program reserves the right to change it. Treat annual-payout programs as a promise, not a paycheque.
