Get paid to charge at home

Under Canada's Clean Fuel Regulations, companies earn carbon credits when you charge an EV at home through a charger connected to their network — and several now pass part of that money back to you. Rates, deposits and payout terms differ a lot. This page pulls the numbers straight from each program's website and re-checks them daily.

kWh

Estimated reward is what a full year earns at your monthly kWh once past any starting tier; where the first year differs (starting tiers, promos), it is shown underneath. Pick a province to also see what you'd effectively pay per kWh on your utility's overnight plan after the reward. Deposits are refundable and not subtracted; charger purchases are not either. Click a column heading to sort, and a row (or its Show details button) for the full breakdown.
