“Earn $0.10 per kWh every time you charge at home”

“Once you have successfully registered your charger onto the ChargeLab app and completed a successful charging session, ChargeLab will send a email confirming your connection. You'll earn 10¢ per kWh when you charge at home, and you’ll receive your rewards gift cards on a quarterly basis sent to the email address you used to register with. As long as you maintain your connection to the ChargeLab network, you will continue to receive quarterly rewards. ChargeLab uses a system called Tango to send gift cards. It allows you to select from dozens of options, including Amazon, DoorDash, Starbucks, and Visa Prepaid card.”

Your own OCPP-compatible charger (Autel, Siemens VersiCharge, Wallbox Pulsar Plus, EVduty, IYILO, Fractal, Grizzl-E Smart, PowerQ...)

Upfront: None if you already own an OCPP charger

Payout, referral, provinces

Payout: Gift cards (Amazon, DoorDash, Starbucks, prepaid Visa via Tango); cash payouts planned by end of 2026 – Quarterly (minimum $5 per quarter)

Referral: $25 per referred participant who connects an eligible charger

Caveats

• Terms: single-family residences only; one ChargeLab account per charger; OCPP 1.6 or newer; charger must stay connected (disconnected periods forfeit rewards).
• Terms: you grant ChargeLab the exclusive right to the charger's carbon credits - no other program may claim the same charger while enrolled.
• Terms: quarterly gift cards with a $5 minimum per quarter; 30 days' notice before the program is ended, with a final payout of accrued rewards.
• Grizzl-E chargers are technically compatible but Grizzl-E charges a $600 OCPP unlock fee.
